Who looks after your data
Aylin Ahras, a real estate agent in Malta, runs this website and decides how the details you send are used. You can reach me through the contact page.
What I collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email if you give one, your message, and the area, budget and move-in date you are looking for. I also keep the site language you used and when you agreed to this notice.
Why
To reply to you and help you find a home. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you asked me to take before a tenancy. Your details are never sold or used for advertising.
Where it is kept
In a database in the European Union (Frankfurt), on servers run by Neon and Cloudflare for this website. When you send the form, a copy of your details is also emailed to me so I can reply quickly.
How long
Until it is no longer needed, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies: no analytics, no advertising, and the language lives in the address (/en or /tr), not in a cookie.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and withdraw your consent at any time; just message me. You can also complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
